gandalf tui: open the interactive setup console - Gandalf

gandalf tui launches the interactive Bubble Tea terminal workspace. It is the same entry point as running gandalf with no arguments. The console opens on the Changes-first Home and links to the top-tab setup console for browsing installed capabilities.

Screens

The persistent sidebar links five sections:

Section	Purpose
Home	Changes-first summary of drift from the latest supported baselines
Console	Unified inventory tabs: Hooks, Plugins, Marketplace, Skills, MCP Servers
Changes	Active Review Changes sessions and pending provider-backed actions
Timeline	History of snapshots and operations with dry-run undo
Saves	Saved snapshots to diff, restore, or export as bundles

Every available write starts with Review Changes. Timeline undo remains a dry-run preview.
